How do I find my player's number?

You can find your player’s number on the “Game Changer” app on the roster page.

When do I get my order?

Orders will ship after 3-5 business days and will arrive depending on carrier speed. Once ship, tracking will be available to confirm progress.

How do I ensure longevity of my apparel?

To ensure the longevity of your apparel, we recommend to wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry. Do not iron on design.

Can I request a custom/specific order or color?

At this time, we are not taking custom orders not listed on the site. However, we do love feedback and value your suggestions. Use the contact form under “Contact” to provide recommendations.

RETURN POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Unfortunately, for custom orders, we do not accept returns – if the product you received is damaged, please contact us via email).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at faithandgrindbasketball@gmail.com
